I'm Shiyun Hu and I guide international buyers through acquiring German property — from selection to handover of the keys.
My focus is people buying from abroad: you need someone on the ground who speaks the language, understands the documents and says honestly what they'd advise against.
Why international buyers
The German market isn't legally closed to foreigners — it's practically closed. Everything runs in German, the notary is mandatory, and after the purchase you need someone local.
That's exactly the gap I fill — in English, German and Chinese, based in Frankfurt am Main and serving buyers across Germany.
How I work
I'll also tell you when a property doesn't add up. A yield that only exists on paper doesn't help you — and in the long run it doesn't help me either.
You get the complete numbers: purchase costs, running costs, realistic rent. No flattering gross yields without context.
